- تدعيم التزام الجامعة بطرح برامج على مستويي البكالوريوس والماجستر ذات جودة عالية وتمتاز بعمق واتساع التخصص، ودرجة عالية من التفاعل المباشر بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة.
- تحسين نسب استقطاب واستبقاء الطلبة، ونسب التخريج، وزيادة عدد الطلبة ذوي الإعداد الجيد والقدرات الأكاديمية الذين يودون الاستفادة من بيئة تسهّل إعداد كوادر مهنية كفؤة ومبدعة.
- الاستمرار باستقطاب واستبقاء أعضاء هيئة أكاديمية متفانين ومتنوعين ثقافياً، حيث يمتاز أسلوبهم بالتدريس بأنه قائم على البحث العلمي ويجسّد الخبرات التعلميّة والتي من شأنها أن تساعد الطلبة على التقدّم على المستويين الأكاديمي والشخصي.
- تأمين وتعزيز تقنية المعلومات والخدمات الإعلامية في الجامعة بما يدعم الوظائف الأكاديمية والإدارية، و نشر تقنيات التدريس والبحوث الجديدة والمبتكرة حالما تصبح متاحة.
