ملخص الدراسة بالغة العربية :
تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الوصفية و التي هدفت إلى تحديد وكشف عن نوع علاقة بين مستوى الاحتراق النفسي والنمط السلوكي (أ-ب) لشخصية أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور الثانوي بمدينتي ورقلة والوادي , حيث قدر عينة البحث الأساسية ب: 55
حارس أمن مدني في مدارس محافظة العاصمة وحولي في دولة الكويت بنسبة % 28 اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية , منها 30 من ذوي النمط (أ) , و 25 من ذوي النمط (ب) .
وتمحورت الدراسة حول التساؤلات الفرعية التالية:
ما هو مستوى الاحتراق النفسي العام لدى حراس أمن في دولة الكويت؟
ما نوع العلاقة بين الاحتراق النفسي والنمط السلوكي (أ-ب) لدى حراس أمن في دولة الكويت؟
وتم الاعتماد على الأدوات البحثية التالية:
أ- مقياس الاحتراق النفسي تصميم: ماسلاش Maslach
ب- مقياس نمط الشخصية تصميم: بورتنر Bortner
وحساب المتوسطات الحسابي , ومعامل بيرسون والانحراف المعياري .
وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
هناك مستوى متوسط الاحتراق النفسي حراس الأمن المدني في مدارس محافظة العاصمة وحولي في الكويت.
تحقق الفرضية الثانية وهي هناك علاقة طردية بين مستوي الاحتراق النفسي والنمط السلوكي (أ) وعلاقة عكسية بين الاحتراق النفسي والنمط السلوكي (ب).

Summary of the study in Arabic:
This study is part of the descriptive studies aimed at identifying and revealing the type of relationship between the level of psychological combustion and the behavioral pattern (A-B) of the personality of the professor of physical education and sports of the secondary stage in the cities of Ouargla and Wadi.
A civilian security guard in the schools of the capital Governorate and Hawalli in the State of Kuwait at a rate of 28% were randomly selected, 30 of them of type A and 25 of type B.
The study focused on the following sub-questions:
What is the level of general psychological combustion among security guards in Kuwait?
What is the relationship between the psychological combustion and the behavioral pattern (A-B) of security guards in the State of Kuwait?
The following research tools were used:
A – Psychological Burning Scale Design: Maslach Maslach
B – Personal Style Scale Design: Bortner Portner
Calculation of arithmetic mean, Pearson coefficient and standard deviation.
The study concluded the following results:
There is an average level of psychological combustion guards in the civil security schools in the capital and Hawalli in Kuwait.
The second hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between the level of psychological combustion and behavioral pattern (a) and the inverse relation between psychological combustion and behavioral pattern (b).
